About
Chris is a Postdoctoral Fellow at DLI. His research focuses broadly on telecommunications access, free speech and platform governance, and inferential discrimination and its impacts on privacy with an emphasis on digital markers of disability. At DLI, Chris hopes to further research algorithmic discrimination and legal safeguards to prevent it.
Chris recently completed his JD at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a clerkship at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. He also holds a Master of Science in Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. His work has been published in the Georgetown Law Technology Review, the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, and the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
